According to speculations, Marcus Rashford, an England star, has “had enough” at Manchester United.
The 2024–25 season has been difficult for United’s attackers. At first, Erik ten Hag’s team’s very direct style of play gave their strikers few opportunities to score.
Although new manager Ruben Amorim has introduced more proactive ideas, the players have so far struggled to get into a rhythm of scoring goals because of his frequent tweaking and altering.
Rashford, who has seven goals and three assists in all competitions, has been a rare bright spot for the Red Devils in the last third.
The Englishman’s “lifestyle off-the-field” has drawn criticism, though, and it has been suggested that United is willing to go with its lucky charm.
Alejandro Garnacho, Joshua Zirkzee, and Rasmus Højlund have not yet proven themselves to be reliable goal scorers.
Therefore, in terms of on-field concerns, it would not be prudent to let him leave. Having said that, if the off-the-pitch dynamic has become untenable between the club and their star academy graduate, it is best to part ways, sooner rather than later.
