One name that the Gunners have been linked with apart from Williams, is Liverpool’s Luis Diaz who has struggled to get consistent starts this season amid Arne Slot’s plethora of options in attack.
It has also been said that Barcelona are keen to sign Diaz, however, according to a new report by Football 365, says that the Colombian winger has rejected talks with Barcelona to prioritise a possible move to the emirate in the summer.
It says that Diaz’s future at Anfield is uncertain, but he would like to stay in the Premier League, hence why he has reportedly snubbed Barcelona in favour of the Gunners.
He’s made 42 appearances in all competitions for the Reds this season, scoring 13 goals and providing five assists. It is not clear yet as to whether Liverpool are willing to sell him, especially to a title rival in the form of Arsenal.
