Arsenal’s final nine Premier League fixtures compared to Liverpool as title hope emerges

The 2024/25 Premier League campaign is nearing its conclusion with Arsenal currently sat in second. As has been the theme for the last few seasons, the Gunners are comfortably in a Champions League qualification place, but do look set to miss out on the title.

Manchester City have won the last three but currently find themselves at risk of not even qualifying for the Champions League. Despite Arsenal’s biggest competitors struggling, Liverpool have stormed to the top under Arne Slot in his first season at Anfield

With the Reds playing in the Carabao Cup final this past Sunday, Arsenal were able to close the gap between themselves and the leaders down to 12 points. As there is only nine games to play, it would take a shocking run of results for the title race to be back on for the final weeks of the season.
