Report: “World-class” striker now demanding £360,000-a-week to sign for Man Utd

Manchester United target Victor Osimhen is expected to leave Napoli in the summer, having been touted for a move to Old Trafford for many months – though his wage demands could put Ruben Amorim’s side off despite his keenness to join the Red Devils.

Osimhen became a key player for Napoli after joining the club in 2020, scoring 76 goals in just 133 games for the Gli Azzurri – including a 26-goal haul in Serie A back in 2022/23 that saw them win the Scudetto for the first time this century. But his loan spell at Galatasaray has put him back on the market and although that could see United take advantage, his wages could be a stumbling block.

The striker has been in red-hot form for Galatasaray this season

The report by ESPN states that Osimhen is targeting a move to the Premier League once his loan spell at Turkish Super Lig giants Galatasaray comes to an end in the summer – and United are one of those who are looking a move for the striker ahead of next season.
